On the 8th January 2017 me, my daughter, my Mom and Dad went on a road trip. These happen fairly often as I don’t drive and my parents like doing them. So when my Dad lovingly offers, we graciously accept and pile into his car!
This time we went to the National Memorial Arboretum which is in Alrewas, Staffordshire. It is open daily between 9am and 5pm and their website can be found HERE.
The National Memorial Arboretum is the UK’s year-round centre of remembrance. It features over 300 memorials to military and civilian associations that serve the public.
